Born in Dubai and shaped by a family legacy of chocolate-making, Choco Vie brings together refined craftsmanship, contemporary creativity and a deeply personal approach to gifting and indulgence. We exist for those moments, and we spend every day making them a little more unforgettable.
A Legacy, Reimagined
Our story began with Rima Tabbara, founder of Particulier Chocolatier in Lebanon. It was there that her son, Malek Sinno, first discovered the craft, learning at her side and developing a deep appreciation for the precision, patience, and creativity behind fine chocolate.
He later pursued studies in food science and spent years broadening his experience abroad, refining both his technical knowledge and creative vision before returning to the craft that had always felt like home.
Choco Vie is the next chapter of that story—a cherished legacy carried forward with a contemporary spirit and a distinctive identity of its own.
